OPAS By-Laws
The Olympic Peninsula Audubon Society has had a close partnership with the Dungeness River Nature Center, and its predecessor organizations since the 1990s. With the Center’s recent expansion and name change, the Olympic Peninsula Audubon Society Board of Directors decided it was time to review our own By-Laws to reflect the changes. At our February 15, 2023 general meeting and program the proposed By-Laws were approved.
