“Birding for Everyone”

Date and time: January 11, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. End time is flexible.

Participant limit: 12 - Please Register below.

Meeting Place: Dungeness River Nature Center patio

Free to attend.

Features: The purpose of this outing is to encourage anyone who is curious about the birds that they see in their yards and neighborhoods to learn more about them. This is meant to be a field trip for the beginner and those who are currently nonbirders. I will talk about the local wintering birds.

Bring: Binoculars if you have one, otherwise loaners are available in the River Center. Dress appropriately for the weather.

Special Requirements: NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. The area around the Center is ADA accessible.

Liability Form: We ask field trip participants to sign a liability release form on or before the day of the trip. This signed form will be good for future field trips.
